This is a three-month bespoke transformation including:
Bi-monthly one-to-one therapy sessions of 90 minutes
Nervous system regulation practices
Personalised meditation and yoga nidra recordings
Accountability between sessions to maintain focus and ensure that insights lead to implementation
You are supported in:
Following through on agreed behavioural changes
Setting and holding boundaries
Having necessary conversations
Making measured, practical adjustments
